4Deposits and Withdrawals

The smart888 platform supports secure and recognised payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10, while the minimum withdrawal is RM50.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name only. Deposited funds may not be transferred to another party through this platform. Any attempt to conduct money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5Bonuses and Promotions

smart888 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, and the following terms generally apply to all promotions.

Welcome Bonus:

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM2,400 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirements are fully met. If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering conditions are fulfilled, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. smart888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

6User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in the following activities when using the smart888 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system.
• Registering using a false identity or misleading information.
• Launching any cyberattacks, including hacking, filtering, or disrupting the platform's systems.
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic hedging (bonus abuse / bonus hunting).
• Using the platform for any money laundering activities or financing of illegal activities.
• Transferring funds between user accounts or placing bets on behalf of others on a commercial basis.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and appropriate legal action.

8Account Suspension and Closure
